To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question. I just installed logic pro x on my mac and I got a message saying that the content couldn't be downloaded and to check my internet connection.
I cleared My storage to 54 GB of free space and the tried again logic pro x sound library failed free it still didn't work. I checked this forum and I saw a thread with the exact same issue and I clicked the link provided in the answer atmos download laptop windows dolby free for 10 installed it but that didn't solve my problem either. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Here you can select individual sound categories to install. Do it in smaller sections to make sure you have enough space. Usually, you need more space than what is indicated, because Logic first downloads the installer files that includes all the soundsthen copies the files to its final destination at that point you have the files twice on llbrary drive and after the successful installation, it will delete the installer file, freeing up the disk space.

So to get your sound library recognise all the sounds you need to somehow copy these receipt files to receipt folder One more thing is that by default you cannot copy any files to receipts folder because its a system folder which will be protected by "system integrity protection" Now after disabling it just paste the files into your receipts folder and don't try to mess with any other folders because it may crash your Mac After pasting the files now enable the "system integrity protection" Now after doing all these just quit all applications and open logic and it should work Posted on Nov 15, AM.
Page content loaded. This is a known issue. Sound Library Manager often does not label components of a relocated library as "Installed", even though you can actually access and load patches, sampler instruments, and loops.
There are two options: 1 do nothing; 2 quench your OCD by re-installing the library which will take some time. Nov 12, PM. To re-install, try selecting the chunks of sound library in the Sound Library Manager's window and then clicking "Install" instead of trying to download the whole thing at once using the "Reinstall Sound Library" option.

Not all of the receipts in that folder are the receipts for LPX content. However, I suppose in theory, it might be possible to identify the receipts for LPX content and try to paste them into that folder.
